Registration Guideline
Author Registration
All participants to the conference are required to register and pay the registration fee.
No additional page is permitted.
Author registration and payment must be made by NOVEMBER 30, 2026. The original manuscript can only be uploaded after registration payment is completed, the IEEE Copyright Form is submitted via EDAS, and a presenter for the paper is selected.

Payment Instructions & Requirements
- The participant will be required to email a scanned copy of the payment transaction to contact@apmttemc.org.
- Please allow 7 working days for APACE2026 financial chair to confirm payment and TPC will register the participant at EDAS manually on his/her behalf.
- Only then the participant is allowed to upload the final manuscript on-line.
- Please take note that all bank charges are borne by the participant.

Cancellation Policy of APACE2026 Registration
- Cancellations before 23rd November 2024 will be subject to a charge of 20% of the registration fee
- Cancellations before 30th November 2024 will be subject to a charge of 50% of the registration fee
- No refund will be made for cancellations after 30th November 2024.
- No refund will be provided if the delegate is unable to attend the conference because a visa is not issued.
- No refund will be provided if the delegate is unable to attend the conference because of travel delays or missed flights.
- No refunds will be provided for no-shows.
- If the physical conference is unable to proceed due to the pandemic the event will proceed online. No refunds will be provided.
- We suggest you have travel insurance to cover all eventualities including the change or format or cancelation of the conference.
