Registration Guideline

Author Registration

All participants to the conference are required to register and pay the registration fee.

Each additional page incurs a fee of USD 50 (MYR200.00) per page.

Author registration and payment must be made by NOVEMBER 30, 2026. The original manuscript can only be uploaded after registration payment is completed, the IEEE Copyright Form is submitted via EDAS, and a presenter for the paper is selected.

Registration & Payment Instructions

For Overseas Participants:

  • Register directly via the EDAS system at https://edas.info/N35289.
  • Select the appropriate registration type and complete the payment.
  • Once registered, you may proceed to upload your final manuscript on EDAS.

For Local (Malaysian) Participants:

  • Complete the invoice request form: https://forms.gle/GYCmpkcDWDjQuDaD9
    • ⚠️ Note: All bank charges must be borne by the participant
  • After participants complete their payment, please fill-in the receipt request form
  • Allow up to 7 working days for the APACE2026 Financial Chair to verify your payment.
  • The Technical Program Committee (TPC) will then register you manually on EDAS.
  • Only after this manual registration can you upload your final manuscript.

Cancellation Policy of APACE2026 Registration

  1. Cancellations before 5th November 2026 will be subject to charge 20% of registration fee.
  2. Cancellations before 10th November 2026 will be subject to charge 50% of registration fee.
  3. No refund will be made for cancellations after 11th November 2026.
  4. No refund will be provided if the delegate is unable to attend the conference because a visa is not issued.
  5. No refund will be provided if the delegate is unable to attend the conference because of travel delays or missed flights.
  6. No refunds will be provided for no-shows.
  7. If the physical conference is unable to proceed due to the pandemic the event will proceed on-line. No refunds will be provided.
  8. We suggest you have travel insurance to cover all eventualities including the change or format or cancelation of the conference.
